    Thanks for sharing this. Nothing like giving fodder to be lampooned by Letterman.

    He should have just said, “With the current economic crisis, I feel that appearing on a late-night talk show would inappropriate at this time.” Why lie?

    Poor Dave ditched, I am glad he got his thoughts off his chest though.

    I think McCain needs to stop hiding out, he’s failing and he needs to face that.

    Yeah, that was pretty priceless. Great to see Keith Olbermann on there, too. Remember that Letterman taping that we went to in NYC with David Brenner and Chris Isaac? Chris was okay, but Brenner just brings up old boring memories of him on Merv Griffin or Mike Douglas back in the day. Zzzzzzzzzzz……..
