Have your FeedBurner Stats Gone on Vacation?

Date August 7, 2008

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

It’s a well-known fact that FeedBurner has had some problems in recent days. Their catchy little personifying phrases at the top of the feed page have since taken on new meaning. My feeds have already made it to the beach, because they certainly aren’t on my blogs.

Casual Google searching led me to a lot of people saying things like, “WTF?” but no solid answers. By some miracle, I managed to find a group dedicated to FeedBurner’s poor vacation habits, updated by Googlers themselves. Better yet, it’s regularly updated! So before you get all upset and break something, take a deep breath and head over to the FeedBurner Help Group.

At least now you can take solace in knowing that real humans are working on the problems. Why they didn’t post this link on the Feedburner blog is beyond me. If they did, it sure is hard to find.
